Since a while I am not able to login to OneDrive or access the Microsoft Store. But whenever I turn off the "HP OMEN SHA Service" under msconfig > services those 2 apps work perfectly fine. Only then the HP Omen Command Center says that it can't find the service it requires. (This is because the service is turned off)
So basically the service is interfering with my Microsoft Services which causes an error: 0x80131500. Besides OneDrive won't be able to login either.
Does anyone have an answer to this> Would like to have some clearance to this.

Hello @DylanK
Thats a strange issue. I can only take a guess on this one.
I assume you have the Command Center (OCC) running (or at least started and running in the background), and then you try to run the MS Store and get the issue. Is this correct?
So you disabled the HP Omen HSA Service and the MS Store will run now.
Re-enable the HSA Services and open the OCC again.
In the OCC, go to Network Booster. What Mode is it set to?
You should see OFF, AUTO and CUSTOM. OFF should not block anything. Auto may or may not depending.
Set it on CUSTOM and make sure all of the Apps listed are not blocked.
Open the MS Store.
See if anything related to the store pops up...
Make sure everything is unblocked. Does the MS Store work now?

@Photoray002 what you stated in the first part of your answer was indeed correct.
I tried turning on the service again, with no success. MS Store and OneDrive got blocked again, even though I always leave OCC on OFF when I am about to close the application because I don't need it anymore.
What did help was keeping the HP Omen HSA Service turned off, boot up OCC, this gave an error message about one of the services being not available and an option to update / reinstall the serivce driver, which I did.
After the installation was completed, I rebooted my laptop and now everything is back to normal.
In the OCC I have the MS Store and OneDrive both on blocked under CUSTOM so it shouldn't have blocked the connection while the option was on OFF.
Anyways, thank you for your reply and trying to help.
Regards,
Dylan

Yes but as I was suggesting, turn on those services in Custom, then verify they worked, then turn the Mode to Off. It would have helped me narrow down a few things. 😉
Can you please clarify something as your statement is a little vague to me.
Do you know what service driver you reinstalled?
Typically, if you have issues in the future when the OCC updates, you might have to force Windows Updates to manually check for updates, even if it shows its up to date. Sometimes an HID file as to be installed and can only be done via Windows Updates.
