Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (2W4Q0AV)

My laptop does not turn on, I was using it normally, and from one moment to the next it turned off and since then it has not turned on at all, I tried to restart, I followed all the steps to reset the BIOS and it did not turn on or make any sound, could someone tell me what it could be? ?
