HP Omen 15 Battery Replacement

I cannot seem to locate a direct HP battery replacement for my HP Omen 15 (Model #15-dc1054nr). I recently tried an Inland battery replacement from MicroCenter (where I purchased the laptop) in another HP Omen 15 and keep getting pop-ups when the laptop boots up warning me that the batter is not an "HP" component.  In addition, the laptop often flickers on and off and sometimes even reboots even while the laptop is plugged in.  I am not sure what could be causing this but this was not happening with the original HP battery.  I have used Inland batteries before on previous generation HP laptops and had pretty good success.

I have tried desperately to locate the required HP battery at the parts store providing the exact model number of the battery, laptop and serial number, but to no avail.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

According to HP PartSurfer, the OEM HP battery part number is: 917724-855 ("Assembly-battery 4C 70Wh 4.55Ah LI SR").

A suitable non-HP replacement laptop battery would be the SR04XL model, such as this quality example: Aluo SR04XL Replacement Laptop Battery for Hp Pavilion 15-CB000 Power 15-CB000 15-CE015DX 15-CE000 1....

Please check your battery, should look like this:
