Did the command key work after the reset before it updated or did you notice?

Try installing the System Event Utility.

If that does not work, you will have to contact HP Support for a warranty issue and see if they can help.

Hello @Omi691

Can you give me more details please?

Is this new out of the box and the omen button is not working or did you clean install Windows?

Or did it happen after a Windows update?

I cleanup the windows "the process in which all of the apps or installed things were removed and your windows is just like clean installation." After that i updated to the latest version and after that not working at all.

What was the source of the install media? It sounds like you used the Microsoft Media Creation tool, not the HP Recovery.

I used HP Recovery tool. Actually its a windows reset to its original state and its like clean installation and I see an omen logo on windows loading screen.
