Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

I bought this Omen 15 second hand and it seems to have something weird going on with the CPU temperature. Even at low utilization between 0-10% it is often shown at 70-80°C or even above in the Omen Gaming Hub. The GPU on the other hand rarely makes it over 50°C. I am just wondering whether that can be true, the laptop does not really feel warm at all from the outside, I am also using it in ECO mode usually (when doing just office work and not video editing). What I noticed is that the temperature just weirdly jumps within a range of 10-20°C within seconds the whole time. Might the sensor just be defect?

But my laptop does seem to have something being wrong. I get a lot of blue screens. Its not always the same, it kind of changes all the time. I already tried to see if there were any driver issues but that's not it. Can be kind of frustrating though. Today it just crashed while I was going through a few points of a contract with the contractor via phone. Anybody knows what could be wrong - maybe this is an issue occurring more frequently?

Kind Regards

Ray
