OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0700ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community,

I have had a problem with my HP Omen 15 dc0700ng for weeks. A system can no longer be installed as shown in the appendix. There are also occasional bluescreens after installation such as critical process died or 0xc00002e3.

With an M.2 SATA from another laptop, it boots as usual without errors. As I said, a fresh Windows cannot be installed without errors.

I have done any hardware checks without any problems now you asked 🙂1584923594744..jpg1584925693832..jpg15849302583057244072500757710069.jpg

@Ibrahim15,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • Are you getting these errors after installing a new SSD or with the factor shipped SSD?
  • Are you trying to add another SSD on the computer?
  • How did you reinstall the operating system?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!
