Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 IDS Base Model

Hello,
This post is very similar to:
the-HP-omen-Camera-is-not-working 
... I've tried all the same things.
On that post, the potential solution from praveenbv points to a HP support document that is now missing/404'd.
Any way I could get that information, or some other solution?
