Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have some issues here with my Laptop

While i'm using my laptop for zoom meetings, the temperature of CPU goes to 70 - 80 degree celcius

And while gaming, it's increase the heat between 90 - 105 degree celcius

Is it normal for the laptop? 

Or what can i do to solve the problem?

Running over 90°C is very normal for an HP Omen. Two fans are not enough, it uses 150W to 200W when gaming. Have you tried to touch to a 100W incandescent lamp (when it's on) ?


Please try a cooling pad, this may help a bit. Machine will automatically shut itself down when too hot.
