Hey there. I have recently bought a Black HP Omen 16.1 Core i5 11th Gen NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti (almost 2 weeks ago). I recently installed GTA V in it to test the limits of the Laptop while it it is still under official warranty. The laptop got extremely hot while playing the game on ultra graphics setting and suddenly shutdown on its own. It didn't restart again until the temperature of the chassis dropped down to some extent. I didn't get any error message after the restart like "The Laptop unexpectedly shut down due to overheating". On the side note the city I m currently living in has the temperature oscillating between 40 - 47 Celsius and I was sitting in a room without an AC. I wanna know that is this happening because of the weather temperature or is there really an issue in my laptop.

Hi @BeingSaaduu
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Congratulations on your new system.
I see that you are facing heating related issues while playing games on your system. Do not worry we are here to help you fix it.
May I know if you have made any decent hardware or software related changes to your system? Next lane could you tell me if it only happens while playing GTA V on your system?
Since it is a new system I would suggest you update all the drivers and let me know the outcome of it. Here is a link that will help you: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2857204-2362249-16
Do not worry it is normal because the drivers are not updated. Here is a link that will help you prevent your system from heating: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_3894569-1692683-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
