It has been a while since I started the sequence of threads.

As, HP and AMD didn't do anything to help users, I created an application which was keeping the GPU awake. The link is in the PART1, you can check that if needed with the sources inside.
So, today I have installed the latest driver from the AMD - 2.10.3 (25.10.2022) (Amd driver version is
31.0.12029.4013), not sure why it is still not here https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-6000m-series/amd-radeon-rx-6000m... but you can download the latest and update.
Also, using the regedit navigate to here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{B13BE9C2-1E07-11ED-B621-010101010000\
search for your driver and I set 2 parameters there:
EnableAspmL0s set to 0
EnableAspmL1 set to 0
Need someone else to test it as well with external monitor!
But I don't see the issues anymore.
p.s. don't forget to reboot and to remove the utility I was using (if you were using it too).
UPD: looks like that was a driver update from AMD (the registry change might not needed, that is not confirmed). No issues so far, at least for now!

Well, I cannot test it with the additional monitor. But the applications that I was using are now looking good. They do not "freeze" or "fail". I would like to test someone else. But seems like nobody is interested anymore in this problem.

Hello KostHomen,
I have the same laptop as you and the same problem as you.
But my problem occurs with an external 34" 144h monitor with FreeSync.
You say you fixed it with the latest AMD driver release, right?
Could you tell me with which driver version?
Thank you

I have the same 343L4AV, with ryzen 7 and 32gb RAM (3200).
Current configuration:
- Adrenalin Software (22.10.3)
- Win 10 PRO
- Changes in regedit (EnableAspmL0s, EnableAspmL1)
- Enabled adaptive sync (144Hz LG monitor)
Result: Pixels and blackouts often as hell.
Only KonstOmen tool helps me with flickering.
Now i will test updated driver (22.11.1) with disabled adaptive sync

At least for the internal screen with 144 Hz it works okay.
Previously it was crashing even with the internal monitor.
The latest version is Amd Adrenalin 22.11.1.
The external GPU driver vesrion: 31.0.12029.7019
I don't think it makes a lot of sense but for Graphics (for external/internal) tab I have:
Radeon Anti-Lag - ON
Radeon Image Sharpening - ON
Surface Format Optimization - ON
Also I have Windows 11 Pro

Hello to everybody,
I saw that a new firmware is out and also video drivers 22.11.2
Has anyone tried this with an external monitor?
I just installed the drivers. Now I'll proceed with the firmware, then test the laptop with an external monitor.
