Hello HP,
I bought this HP omen around three years ago, never moved it from my desk.
Lately i have been noticing that the top plate in plastic is actually cracking due to the hinges on the screen not working properly.
The other side of the laptop is not cracked, but it is bend quite alot due to the fact that the hinges are not actually doing the pulling, but whenever i have to open the computer screen it pulls the entire chassi instead.
Hopefully somebody can help me get in touch with the right people.
Best regards,
Led
