Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I am using external monitor I have some bugs in folder view, cmd etc. on Windows. Even in AMD support app when I was creating a ticket my screen was flickering. When I play games everything is fine.

I've tried upgrading/downgrading graphic drivers, but problem still exist. I've all drivers updated. And it occurs only when I am using external monitor.

It's terrible and I hope that you will help me.
