Hi there,
I just got the product and installed windows 10. I would like to customize my keyboard led colours, etc but when I search 'HP OMEN CONTROL' or anything similar, nothing is found?
Please Help!
I have installed the HP System Event Utility and Omen Command Center and restarted, but nothing seems to change.

Hello @deJongh1997
What is the product number of your Omen? With the computer off, press the power button and rapidly tap the F1 key until the computer boots into the Info Menu.
Where did you download the Command Center and Sys Event Utility from?
Also, how did you install Windows and what version is it? Did you use the ISO direct from MS or was it a cracked copy?

OK thanks.
I'm not sure what "downloaded it from this forum" means. If you went to the HP drivers page, its not there.
Also what version of Windows 10? Home or Pro? Pro version can have issues with the Omen Command Center.
You need these and in this order...
Uninstall what ever version of the OCC you might of installed now.
Install these from these links only...
Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store
OMEN Command Center SDK sp98588.exe
Now force Windows Updates to search for updates. Go to updates and click on the Search for Updates button, even if it shows its up to date. If it already shows updates pending, let them install, then search again. If it finds any, install them and reboot the computer. Then do it again (search again until no more are found).
Go to Windows Services and scroll down to HP Omen HSA Service and make sure its set to Running - Automatic.
To find Services, type Services in the Search Bar in the task bar and hit the Enter key.
