Hello everyone and thank you in advance for any kind of help. I know there is a lot of topics on this matter but I really checked a lot of them, tried what they suggested and nothing helped so far.
I'm having a low fps in majority of games. Basically most of 3D games looks really bad, like for e.g. Fortnite is unplayable even on the lowest details, Kingdom Come on the lowest is playable but its ugly beyond imagination. I even have problem with games like Pillars of Eternity 1, Diablo 3, Civilization 6, Spellforce 3 etc. but its a bit different. Graphics look alright untill I start moving screen by pushing it with my mouse (hope it doesnt sound wierd, bet you know what I mean ), only then it starts dropping fps.
My Laptop: HP Omen 15-ce0xx, Intel Core i5-7300HQ CPU@2.50GHz 2.50GHz, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050, I'm not tech savy I'm just writing what System Information is providing. In GeForce section there is something like Adapter RAM which says (1,048,576)bytes - isn't it a bit low? A bit lower there is intergrated card which is Intel HD Graphics 630 and it says Adapter RAM (1,073,741,824 bytes).
What I did so far is:
-updated graphic drivers
-in NVIDIA Control Panel set everything to prio performance and changed Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance
-tried to update BIOS but after downloading the file and trying to install it, it said something like that its blocked and the first option was grayed out, which I googled and apparently I just have newest version
-downloaded ThrottleStop 8.70 and ticked off BD PROCHOT
-probably a bit more than that just can't think of anything else right now
Also didn't do everything at once, basically turned on games after every step and tried them out, nothing helps.

Never used it before. Just tried to turn it on and test it with Pillars of Eternity and Spellforce 3. Not sure if thats what you need to know but:
Pillars - GPU Temp: 50C // GPU use: 58% // CPU use: 55% // Memory: 53%
Spellforce - GPU Temp 55C // GPU use 74% // CPU use 89% // Memory 59
These numbers were directly after alt tabbing from the game. While alt tabbing from Spellforce GPU use was that high only for like half a second and then instantly drops to 0.
