About a month ago, I decided to clean under the keycaps on my keyboard, as they were getting pretty dirty. However, in my attempt to remove a few of the key caps using a prying tool (which I now regret doing) I managed to break part of the retaining clips on two of the keys (calculator and print screen). I was able to figure out how to put the keys back on somewhat, although now they are perpetually wiggly. Recently, the keycap on the calculation has come off completely. I am very concerned that if I don't do something about the area under the retaining clips, it could be a problem in the future. I am not particularly concerned with retaining the function of those keys, I just need a way to protect the underlying electronics in the event that leaving them exposed will do damage to them. I also managed to split my left shift key in half, but it still works, I just taped it together (I do want to retain the function of that key). I do have an older model Omen Laptop that I haven't used in a while that probably has these keys intact. But I'm not sure if that will work, as I'm sure the sizes or components of the keys are slightly different. If someone could point me in the right direction of who I should contact (I wanted to email support, but couldn't find a way to do it) or what I can do to potentially fix this issue, that would be much appreciated.
