Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Is there a location at HP where I can send in my laptop for repair? I'm pretty sure I need a new battery with this, but I need a diagnosis on whether it is my power cord, or where my power cord plugs in. I have to put a piece of paper below cord to have good connection to laptop. My back right vent is also broken and need a replacement.
