i´ve got the same problem as you guys.
i called hp but ther said i shoud restore factory image. i did but no change.
bios is up 2 date..

You could try manually restarting the service mentioned below to resolve the issue:
Do a Windows Search for “Services” and, in the window that opens, look for Windows Management Instrumentation.
Right-click it, then select Restart. You can also stop the service entirely, if you desire, or simply restart your computer.
