Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my HP Omen button. It's supposed to open the Omen Command Center, but when I press it, nothing happens.

I've tried the following things to fix the problem:

  • I've updated the BIOS to the latest version.
  • I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Omen Command Center.
  • I've restarted my computer.

None of these things have worked.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they know how to fix it.

  • Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your Omen Command Center software is up to date. Visit the HP support website to download and install the latest version of the Command Center.
  • Compatibility Mode: Right-click on the Omen Command Center shortcut or executable file and choose "Properties." Go to the "Compatibility" tab and try running the program in compatibility mode for a previous Windows version. Apply the changes and see if it helps.
  • Run as Administrator: Right-click on the Omen Command Center shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Sometimes, certain permissions are required for the program to function properly.
