Hello all,

 

I'm using my new HP omen and its working great so far. However HP omen command center is causing me some issues. I've been trying to make sure my laptop stays as cool as possible by undervolting and providing plenty of airflow. Unfortunately HP omen command center is constantly using 20% of my CPU for some reason. I have to kill it in task manager to bring down the CPU usage. This is lowering performance and increasing heat generation. I'm also not able to use any of the HP omen command center features. Screenshots can be provided upon request. Does anybody know whats going on? Is it just a setting I can change? Thanks in advance for your support.

I need the Product Number that's in the HP Support Assistant.

Also, would you uninstall it and reboot, then install it again from this link... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store

Let me know what happens

Sorry I did not see this reply until now. An update I received from hp software center seems to have fixed the problem.
