Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there!

I have an HP Omen AX248-TX model, that I purchased last year in April. Since few days, I can see that the Omen logo has started coming out. I tried to apply pressure on it, left some weight over the logo part overnight, thinking that it may force the logo back again, but it doesn't work. How do I fix it?

I was told to wait for 3-4 business days and it's been more than a week since I received any message from anyone at HP. What, is it done from your side??
