This happens after i cleaned my heat output(fan),Before that my laptop doesnt show any fps stutter.
i've plugged the cable power on my laptop but still having a fps stutter.If i unplugged the cable power,its even more worse.
i've tried the following steps on another thread about fps stutter but still didn't fix the problem...

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the FPS drop after cleaning the fan.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
