Hello,
My HP Pavilion stutters and has CPU clock dropdowns when dGPU is active. As far as I've seen, this model has this problem alot.
Since it's still in warranty, I went to the shop, waited 1 month and I was told this is how this laptop is meant to perform - the only thing they did was repasting it. These are the results before and after I put it into the shop - https://imgur.com/a/TQF5p37.
This problem starts when dGPU is active (let's use Unigine Valley Benchmark). I want my money back, since it's not the only problem I had with this laptop, but apparently when the CPU is under full load, it's normal for it to drop alot below base clock (2.8 for 7700HQ).
What are my possibilities, which steps can I take to get my money back, or get it fixed?

I'm awaiting reply from HP team.
The only "fix" I know is using some registry tricks and tweaks, which I found annoying, since you have to do them after each restart + it uses 3rd party application. The application is PowerMizerManager. This way, the CPU works as intended, not being blocked by GPU usage, but it's inconvenient and is not the way this laptop/any laptop is supposed to work.
