Hi Guys -

My laptop (HP Pavilion Gaming 15 DK0056wm) has a USB C port with a power (lightning/thunderbolt) icon above it. This port 100% charges devices which are plugged in, BUT can I charge my laptop via it? In other words, can my laptop be charged via the USB C port?

I cannot find any info on this on the web, however from everything I read all laptops with USB C power delivery can accept charge input. I am a bit confused as none of the USB C chargers I have tried works.

If this laptop does support USB charging, what charger should I be using?

Thanks in advance!

Regards

Armaghan Jadoon

Its specs

It has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ (10 Gb/s signaling rate, Power Delivery 3.0, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port therefore you can use a compatible USB-C charger to charge your machine. I can't find a 150W USB-C charger from HP.
