Laptop: HP Pavilion Gaming 15 ec1052ax
OS: Windows 10 20H2 (64-bit)
My laptop has random stuttering issues which last upto 2 seconds. This stutter can happen while gaming, browing internet, watching Youtube or even just using MS Word. When this stutter happens the audio starts glitching and the fps also drops. I've seen in games that the fps drops to 30. I tried updating all drivers and I also have the latest windows updates.
Also the touchpad randomly becomes less responsive and has a certain delay on-screen. Already tried reinstalling touchpad drivers but didn't help.
I've also tried reinstalling windows via Microsoft media creation tool which didn't fix the problem. Then I tried to reinstall windows using HP Cloud Recovery tool which further added to the problem like whenever I right clicked on the desktop the system would freeze for 1 second then it would respond to the right click I did.

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Keep me posted how it goes
