I bought my laptop in India in Aug 2021 and the warranty has expired. I am a student currently in Toulouse France. Should I get a global warranty now? Heard global warranty will not cover hardware but covers only software. What is the cost of global warranty for Pavilion? Is it worth it?

Please carefully read the following information

Yes, warranty does not cover PRE-INSTALLED software after 3 months or so.
