Hi Team,

I have HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx recentely i am facing issue while charging it shows like "Plugged in , not charging".  I have searched in google and followed few troubleshooting steps like uninstall "microsoft ACPI adapter " from Device manager but it didn't work.  

Could you please help me on this.

It very well could be a bad battery but try:

 

Install these and reboot:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88071.exe

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88072.exe

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp90001-90500/sp90139.exe

Hi ,

Actually my laptop battery was charging till 50% to 60% with out any issue. After that it was showing "Plugged in , Not Charging".  I want to know is it really a battery problem or any other issue in the drivers.

I installed all the patch which was mentioned in the above chat  and reboot my system, But, still same facing the same problem.

Power-on and start tapping the "esc" key.

 

Run Diags/Test on your Battery.
