Hi, I have an HP Pavilion Omen 17 that’s about 3 years old now. I recently had the laptop crash and refuse to boot up after a warm day. It usually has overheating problems but this is new (I use a cooling mat).

The 5.3 error code is blinking on the caps lock, the display is entirely black and the fans are not running. I have attempted a hard reset, unplugging all external devices and power cable but the problem still persists.

I cannot open the laptop myself to check internally and I do not have the money to buy a new laptop or send it to a repair centre. 
Please help
