HP Pavilion Screen coming off

I am using Hp Pavilion Laptop for last three years, without any issue, neither in hardware, nor in software. But, to my surprise, the screen case suddenly came off  from the bottom right (Shown in photo). I have been extremely careful withit ever since I bought it. Upon searching, I got to know that it is common issue. To prevent further damage, I have not folded down the screen. And still, the damage increases, while adjusting screen angle. How can this issue be solved permanently? Or, do I have to consider another laptop?  PS: I need to carry laptop for my work.
