Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All the internal systems are OK. Automatic Repair not working and won't let me reset my PC. Ran all diagnostic. McAfee flagged SAntiVirus and I went through a scan to check it out. Restarted and now it won't work.

Did you run all the Hardware Diagnostic? If all the Test passed, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region and order the Recovery Media to perform a  System Recovery

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
