Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop reaches 100c while gaming which downclocks it heavily to cool it down. I have undervolted by -134.1mv on core and cache. I tried to replace thermal paste but the screws stripped so i was unable to reach the cpu surface. When under 90c the cpu can boost up to 4.1ghz but once over 90c it hovers around 2ghz-3ghz. I have always had this problem with overheating. I clean the laptops fans and vents regularly which at one point reduced gpu temps by 25c, it has not effected cpu temps. I need help and am pretty experienced with windows and computer hardware.
