probook 450 g7

I work at a IT customer service company and a customer brought in an HP probook 450 G7. recently while she's busy with work, her laptop suddenly shuts down at random moments. not rest mode, but full shutdown. i don't think it's a battery issue, and overheating isn't the problem either.

- product is a HP Probook 450 G7 with windows 11

- shutdowns occur randomly. it can take 5 minutes, or as soon as i move the cursor. but never longer than 10 minutes.

- when shutting down, the fan starts spinning at a very fast rate. it's not loud, but it doesn't sound normal.

- sometimes it doesn't even turn back on for half an hour, and other times it starts itself back up.

- It's a work laptop, so no games. it uses a programn called 'brother'?

- the laptop is around four years old. never damaged, but also never cleaned / checked up.

it would be amazing if someone could help me with my issue.

kind regards,

Ke-Ni-Otsu
