I've got an Omen 16 still under warranty which has been in for a repair regarding overheating which took me a few days to even get the HP assistants to even consider repairing, it came back having the motherboard and heatsink replaced. This did not fix the issue.
After another lengthy conversation about my like for a refund and that they couldn't fix they issue and speaking about my consumer rights I relented and opted for another repair.
I sent it back again I recieved it again with same fix again it still doesn't work and overheats in the same manner.
Again another lengthy conversation with them regarding my rights about a refund I even quoted them there own warranty rights.
They refuse to consider refunding me nor did they suggest a replacement (id rather the refund as the service ive recieved is pretty poor) ive been without a device now for 2 months all round
My question really is what are my options and should I consider legal action?

Important
- HP does not free-post HP Support numbers on the Internet. Not. Not in secret, not in chat, not in pop-ups, and not so a nice technician can call you back, sneak into your computer, and then tell you your computer is full of bugs.

- Be very careful when out on the Internet looking for help - one little dot, space, or letter out of place can land you in trouble.
