My laptop got issue on 18th OCt 2023. I have raised complaint to HP (complaint no : 5113424388). They told motherboard got problem and they have ordered it and will get it replaced by 27th OCT. Later a week back, when we tried to get an update they told part had a issue so they have reordered and will fix the issue in another 48 hours.

 

But still now we dont get any update or technician to fix it. it is really frustrating no one knows the update where it is pending and when it will be fixed. my work completely blocked waiting for the laptop to fix more than three weeks now.

 

HP technical support itself not aware where the motherboard have been shipped and the current status itself. We really worrying why purchased this laptop because of this worst customer support.

We have already raised the case and I have provided it. The solution is to reach the support every time for the update?
