Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb2000 (90Q59AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I just bought a HP Victus 15 (90Q59AV). But the audio is crackling and popping whenever a sound is made. This happens in every app. Work, games, notifications, etc. I have research everything and nothing works. I even took it in to be fixed but that didn't solve it either. No idea what to do. Please help me.

Please try a clean install Audio driver


1. Download https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp154001-154500/sp154068.exe 

                   and save on your computer
2. Use Device Manager to uninstall audio driver (if any),
3. Reboot machine,
4. Install downloaded file above,
5. Reboot machine.
