HP Victus 15 Hinge Broken - Manufacturing Defect

I own an HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0xxx, and recently, the hinge broke, which appears to be a manufacturing defect. I’ve noticed that many other Victus users are experiencing the same issue, which raises serious concerns about the product’s durability and design quality.

The hinge problem appeared shortly after my warranty expired in January 2025, and if it’s not fixed soon, it could lead to display damage, resulting in even higher repair costs. This seems to be a recurring design flaw affecting multiple users.

Has HP officially acknowledged this issue, or has anyone managed to get it repaired or replaced for free under goodwill service or extended support? Any guidance on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
