HP Victus 15 hinge broken

I bought my Victus 15 in July, 2023. Today, for the first time, the left side of the hinge of the screen started creating sounds of cracks, which was the opening of the left lid upon moving the screen. I gently move it, it opens it up. So, i need to know the fix to this without any payment for it as it is an internal issue during the manufacturing of the product by HP. This thing happened right after my warranty ended. Also, the keyboard keys have not a good finish from what i expected. My 'ctrl' key's colour came out in just one year of use, like how is this possible. Never dropped anything on the laptop. The key itself has become transparent now. Need a fix for this too, probably a new ctrl key. HP, i hope I'll get proper fix to all these issues ASAP without costing me anything, considering all these are manufacturing issues.
