Thank you for sharing those detailed observations. You’re absolutely right — since the mic passes all diagnostics but still behaves abnormally, it’s likely not a hardware issue. To have this checked more thoroughly, we’d recommend getting a complete diagnosis done by an HP engineer.

Is it fixed? Or is there any solution? If I touch the bezel there is no change and actually in a quite room the microphone is catching a buzzing sound.
