Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought an hp Victus r5 5600h rx 5500m model on december 2021. Soon after, i added a 512 gb nvme ssd and a stick of 8 gb 3200 mhz ram.
The laptop ran fine for around half a month.
After that I started noticing that the 2nd ssd ( the one i had installed myself) would not show up in "my computer". All the applications installed on that ssd would not run. This issue is rectified after i restart the laptop.
But it occurs every 2-3 days and has become quite a nuisance as i have to restart the laptop every time.
I have updated all drivers but this issue still occurs.
this is not an issue of the ssd not making proper contact with the nvme slot.
Kindly help.......
