Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T51AV)

Hello, my HP Victus 16-s0**** (Ref. 7Z******, Serial CND3******) has a chronic hardware defect: constant screen flickering caused by the hall sensor. I tested BIOS updates, drivers, external monitor, and disabling lid actions – the issue only disappears when hall sensor functions are disabled. This is unacceptable, as it removes essential features and severely impacts performance. I urgently request a proper warranty repair (replacement of the defective component) or immediate replacement with an equivalent model. I cannot accept disabling the sensor as a “solution.”
