I have an hp victus laptop. Suddenly it freezes completely, neither the mouse moves nor the keys on the keyboard work. The screen just freezes. When I run a scan with the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics application, it does not detect any problems. I have tried with different RAM and NVME SSD, still the same. Sometimes it freezes when I'm not doing anything, sometimes it freezes when I'm loading something or watching a video. I can only turn off the computer.
Can you help me with this issue?
I am sharing the sample freeze screen

Hello, Garp_senchau,
My problem is not that the computer is slow. I don't have any performance problems, and the temperature readings are normal. I tested all hardware with individual applications.
But suddenly it freezes completely. It does not give any reaction. I can only switch off the computer.
I formatted 2-3 times and used different nvme ssd.
Best Regards

Hey @StevenKing123,
Thank you for your response.
I suggest you perform an extensive test in the HP hardware diagnostic.
Shut down the unit > then after few seconds, power it back on > now immediately start tapping esc > then select hardware diagnostic uefi (F2)
Let me know if you get any error messages/codes.
Take care and have a good day.

I updated my computer with the latest updates, but that didn't resolve my issue. As a last resort, I decided to send it to the service center. The service team replaced the RAM modules, and currently, there doesn't seem to be any problem. However, they also claimed to have replaced the HM chipset (which I find hard to believe).Right now, I have 5 RAM modules. Two of them (2x8GB) are the original stock RAMs. One is a Crucial 16GB RAM.When I test each of these three modules individually with MemTest, no errors are found. However, the computer can still freeze suddenly. With the RAMs installed by the service (2x8GB SK Hynix of the same model, same brand as the original stock RAM), I haven't experienced any issues so far. It's a very confusing situation.I guess the HP Victus won't be making me happy.
