So i just noticed that my camera does not work. Last month, it's still working but now it's literally gone. I have no idea what causes this, I've tried to shutdown my laptop and turned it on again. Suddenly the camera is there but only for a brief moment before it's gone again, it was disappeared when i tested it to see if it works. I've tried checking for Drivers update both from HP Support Assistant & HP website for manual download, but there is no camera driver update mentioned. By the way i've managed to take a screenshot of the drivers version (10.0.22621.4455) before it disappears again.
And here is the result when i tested the camera:
I asked my friend who also have HP Victus and his camera driver version is 10.0.26100.2454 which is a different version from me and his camera is working. I'm still on Windows 11 23H2 btw because 24H2 is still not recommended for my device.
If this was a drivers issue and needed an update please give it to me ASAP because my thesis defense is near and i NEEDED that camera.

Still not working for me, I've followed each steps from power draining, updating BIOS, and updating windows. My firmware version is F.29 Rev.A, released in Oct 31. After the update, i checked my camera driver version on device manager and it's still the same (10.0.22621.4455) after checking i tried opening the camera, my camera led flashes for only a sub-second and then i get the same error code (camera not found), i tried reinstalling the driver from device manager and still no good
