Hello! Since the beginning of February, I have been getting consistent stuttering in what seems like random intervals (minute scale). I have done alot of troubleshooting like changing power settings, uninstalling drivers with DDU, and even factory resetting. Problem still persists, and I am running out of ideas for a possible fix.

 

Here is a LatencyMon test run i did for 5 mins:

I feel like the issue is due to this Advanced Micro Drivers, but I swear i disabled the windows auto install drivers feature before I DDU uninstalled my drivers, and I still saw these drivers installed after I had wiped my device.

Do this:

- Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.

- Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.

- Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > apply and OK.

- Close window, restart laptop.

- Test it.
