Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Victus won't come back from a long sleep, longer than 1+ hour. The power LED is blinking, Caps Lock is sometimes blinking weirdly, too. I have to power it down by long pressing the power button. Power plan settings are standard and have restored it a couple of times to the default.

p.s. also, there is a wild thing with USB-C. The power to the connected device will go in and out while in sleep mode.  Also, it sometimes cuts the charge even while turned on.
