Hello Community. I bought this laptop (HP Omen 16.1) on 27th May 2022 from Pakistan. I m facing a lot of trackpad issues since the second week I bought it plus the keyboard has freezed 2 times in the last 3 weeks. The trackpad unexpectedly starts to lag during my use. I m still having my HP Warranty until 26th January 2024. I wanted to know that can I refund my laptop since I didn't pay $950 for a laptop that has a faulty touchpad and freezing keyboard.
