HP Wide Vision Camera

Dear all good day.

Please note windows has updated to Windows 11 25H2 and my camera driver is completly gone from Device manager. Below is my notebook info. 

I have access the website under driver section update and there is no driver download available for webcam.

Thank you for providing the model and confirming that the camera disappeared from Device Manager after the Windows 11 25H2 update.

For the Victus by HP 15-fa0000 (680A7AV), there is no separate webcam driver listed on the HP driver page, so there is no webcam driver I would ask you to download from HP.

Since the camera is completely missing from Device Manager after the Windows update, let's first determine whether Windows is still detecting the camera hardware.
 

1. Open Device Manager and select View > Show hidden devices. Then check under Cameras, Imaging devices, and Sound, video and game controllers. Also select Action > Scan for hardware changes. 
    
2. Restart the notebook and press Esc repeatedly at startup, then select F2 – HP PC Hardware Diagnostics. Run the available Camera/Webcam test, if listed. Let us know whether the test is available and whether it passes or reports a failure.
    
3. Restart again, press Esc, then F10 to enter BIOS Setup. Check whether there is an Integrated Camera/Webcam option under the available built-in device settings and confirm that it is enabled. HP documents accessing BIOS Setup through Esc/F10.
    
4. If the camera is still completely absent from Windows and is not detected by HP Hardware Diagnostics, let us know the result of the F2 test before making any BIOS changes. At that point, we can determine whether this is a Windows 25H2 detection issue or whether the camera is not being detected at the hardware level.

Hell 

1 this is what appears on my device manager

2 when i esc+f2 below are the only options i have

 3 when i go on F10 below are also the only options i have

In the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen shown, the Video test (bottom row) is the test that checks the webcam/camera.
 

Select Video and run the test:

1. Click Video.
2. Start the test.
3. The webcam should turn on and display a live image or test pattern.
4. If you can see the camera image, the webcam hardware is functioning.
5. If the test fails or no image appears, note the Failure ID (if provided).

Hello

The test was all ok but i still cant use camera still remains same on device manager.
