I bought an HP gaming laptop and after 2 years, a key came off, so I decided to send it for service. I sent it to an authorized service center listed on HP's website and asked them to perform the necessary maintenance. When the computer arrived, there were no problems for a few months, then it stopped turning on. We opened it up to check the problem and found that too much and unnecessary thermal paste had been applied everywhere except the processor. I reported this to the consumer arbitration board, and the service company did not take responsibility for doing so. "We didn't do that, we just tagged the button," they said, and then an expert jumped into the matter. But he too made various excuses and acted biasedly; what he said contradicted his other statements and was inconsistent. I even went to another service center and got a report stating that my laptop was damaged after this paste application, but they said I must have done it myself.I couldn't explain my problem to anyone, and this authorized service center is one that's listed on HP's own website.I experienced a similar situation and used the computer for two years, or rather, I couldn't even use it properly. Then they rejected my claim, and my suffering continues. It's impossible to reach HP customer service, and even though I'm writing here, nobody is paying attention. I will never choose this brand again, no matter what. There's neither customer satisfaction nor easy accessibility.None of them exist, and I'm going to tell everyone around me, my friends and acquaintances with the blue checkmark on social media, about this today. My device, which I carefully used and promoted everywhere, is now practically junk due to its chronic Hall sensor problem. This company, which sells us these devices and then doesn't provide support, is finished in my eyes. I've also written about this on the complaint website "şikayetvar" (a Turkish consumer complaint website) and I will spread the word there as well.I hope you'll get your act together, but in my eyes, this brand is finished.
