my HP laptop battery stacked on 11 percent ,when unplugged pc going to shutdown

If your HP laptop battery is stuck at 11 percent and your computer shuts down when unplugged, follow these steps to recover from this issue:

  1. Charge the Computer: Ensure your computer is plugged into AC power and charge it for at least three hours minimum until the current battery charge status reaches 100 percent. This will help sync the actual battery percentage with the Windows Battery icon.
