I recently purchased my hp Victus . I use it when it's plugged in but i cannot find the hp command center or power manager so that i can limit charging to 80% . i want to do this in order to extend my battery lifespan . how should i go about it or is it okay if i keep using it docked at 100%

The HP Power Manager software is only supported for some HP business class notebooks.
The HP Command Center app may not be supported for your notebook, but you can download it from the Microsoft Store at the link below to see if it will work on your PC:

Personally, I don't think it is a good idea to leave the notebook plugged into AC power with the battery in a constant 100% charge state as that may lead to battery swelling.
You may want to consider unplugging the notebook when you are done using it for the day.
