Hi all,
I have just bought a new laptop, Omen Gaming laptop 17-db0108nf (P/N A3QR9EA), and with its serial number on HP support page, i'm redirected on an another laptop page for an HP Pavilion 15-p145nb (P/N K1R60EA).
Anyone can help me to solve this issue, because i'm unable to find the good laptop page (i have an error with the laptop name only (17-db0108nf), and download the good drivers, users manuals and others resources for this specific Omen laptop ?
Thanks you for your assistance.

Hi:
The reason that happens is because of the year and week of manufacture number in the serial number.
Those repeat and your notebook happens to be one of the very few that happens with.
For example, the year of manufacture is one digit (0 - 9) so that means if the 4th character of the serial number is a '4' the notebook could have been made in 1994, 2004, 2014, or 2024.
The problem is that none of the support pages for that model series are working at the moment.
There will not be a specific support page for the 17-db0108nf.
It will fall under the general 17-db0000 model series when the support page is available again.

Thanks you Paul_Tikkanen for your quick answer.
As you explained, in my case the 4th number in the serial number is a 4, and the HP Pavilion who used the same S/N was sold in December 2014.
That's explain also the issue with the warranty end date, even if i have purchased an 3 years carepack.
So i know now that your solution is the only one i have.
Thanks you again and have a nice day.
