hi, its been a year since i have bought my open laptop. im an architecture student and i use rendering and modeling softwares in my laptop. although now i have been getting a cooling fan not working error upon starting my laptop. i got it fixed from the dealer shop i bought the laptop. it seemed to be working fine for 2 months but now again its showing the same error. please help, this laptop is a huge investment for me, icant lose this or buy another one.

I understand that you are getting a cooling fan error for the HP omen laptop.

 

In that case, please update the BIOS and check.

i updated the BIOS it didnt help. instead now when the fan tries work it gives a loud noise.
